We will get in touch with you within 15 minutes, confirm all the details, and reserve the car for you.

Car pickup
Car pickup will be conducted according to the information provided during the reservation.

- Present your passport and valid driver's licenses for all individuals who will be driving the car.
- Pay the rental fee for the entire duration of your rental.
- Provide a deposit of $100 (in cash).
- Optionally, you can take photos or videos of the car.

Car Return
Car return will be carried out in accordance with the information provided during the reservation. During the rental period, you have the option to change the return location of the car, as well as extend or shorten the rental period. If you choose to shorten the rental period, the rental cost will be recalculated (the amount for unused days will be refunded to you). Please note that the minimum rental period is 3 days, and no refund is provided for these days.

We provide the car in a clean condition with a full tank of fuel, and we kindly ask our customers to return the car with a full tank as well. We value your time and understand that this may not always be possible, so our staff can refuel the car for you at the following rates:

- An acceptance report for the car will be signed.
- The deposit will be refunded in full (if there are no damages or fines).

Yes, if you are staying in Turkey for less than 180 days, you will need to replace your foreign driver's license with a Turkish one after this period.
Yes, provided that they have been included in the rental agreement. Transferring the control of the car to third parties not listed in the agreement is prohibited.
The deposit serves as insurance in case the customer refuses to pay fines.
We do not require customers to clean the cars. In our company, this service is included in the price. If the car requires a deep cleaning, this service is charged separately.
You can return the car with any amount of fuel; you just need to pay for the fuel shortage. The cost is 1 liter = the cost of 1 liter at 'Shell' gas stations (at the time of car return) + 2 TL.
